I think this is really concise and to the point. It gives a short explanation of the type of business we are, the target customer, and a brief philosophy of the restaurant.
I really like this mission statement. I can't wait to come eat there sometime soon. I have a really good friend who lives in California and every time I go visit her we eat at a place called Baja Fresh, and it seems like it is very similiar to your business.
I agree with Tamara, I really like this mission statement. I think it gives you that mental image of sun and relaxation while eating your California meal...I think of sitting at a sidewalk restaurant with pineapple pizza :)
I wish I could say I had a better idea since the point here on our blogs is to give help and assistance with each others plans...but I think you have a wonderful message. Having never been there and read this statement, I am very curious to check the place out. I would say you did a great job of getting attention with that message. You have mine.
